Sullivan McKenzie works closely with your architect and/or engineer to ensure that the plans they draft are adhered to exactly and that they are applied to the specifications required for a perfect product. Of course if we are remodeling an existing kitchen or bathroom we handle the entire process because most likely you won't need an architect or an engineer.

Post-Construction
The last step in any build. This phase includes site cleanup, systems training where applicable, final inspections and move-in coordination. After completion, we have a final walkthrough to ensure your satisfaction.
